ROUND 4 OF THE FIM ENEL MOTOE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

Krummenacher takes the third step of the podium in race 1, race 2 limited to ninth place due to technical problems

Last race of the electric category, before the summer break, on the Dutch circuit of Assen. Krummenacher, first in free practice 1 on Friday, and fifth in qualifying, started from fourth place on the grid due to a penalty imposed on driver Mattia Casadei who had taken pole, thus moving up one place.
The Swiss rider, bearer of the Intact Dynavolt MotoGP team, achieved a third step of the podium in race 1. Race 2, however, was difficult: due to technical problems, Krummenacher had to completely change his bike, finding himself with a different set-up and finishing in ninth position despite his and the team's great effort

#RK3: “ This weekend started very well with a first position in the first free practice on Friday.
In qualifying I set the fifth fastest time, which then became fourth on the grid due to the penalty given to Casadei. In race 1 I managed to finish third, I thought I could do even better in race 2 but unexpected events are always around the corner. A few minutes before going to the pitlane for the race, something on my bike didn't work and my team had to, together with the Ducati technicians, rebuild a bike practically from scratch. Obviously the set-up could not be identical to the one I had on my bike and I was aware of this. All I could achieve was a ninth position. We will make up for it after the summer break when we return to racing on the Silverstone circuit on the weekend of 4-5 August. I want to thank my team, my sponsors, the Ducati technicians and my family for the great support. Now it's time for a break to come back stronger at Silverstone.”
